Keep wrists and hands in a netural position (a 30- to 45-degree angle with fingers curled) and avoid gripping or overflexing your hands when using the device
With your forearm parallel to your chest, gently grasp the fingers of one hand and push back until you feel a slight tension. Repeat for the other hand.
