Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Assurant is committed to helping you with a variety of life’s challenges by providing confidential and free counseling and support services with trained counselors available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Employee Assistance Program, provided through New Directions, can assist with such things as marital and relationship issues, family concerns, stress, anxiety and depression, legal issues, financial issues, and other personal issues. You and your eligible family members may receive up to six free in-person or phone counseling sessions per issue, per year.
