Assurant encourages you to continue your personal and professional development through formal education.
The Company will reimburse you for courses that are required as part of a business-related undergraduate or graduate degree program. When applying for undergraduate tuition assistance, you must have six months of service prior to the start of the term for which you will first request reimbursement. Tuition assistance for graduate school and advanced degree programs requires at least 12 months of service prior to the start of the academic term. You must meet certain other requirements, in advance of applying, in order to qualify. Refer to MyHR for more details about the Plan and eligibility requirements.
