Know Your Numbers...

  1. Review your Health Screening results! Your results will be available on the Healthy Steps Wellness Portal within 1 week.
  2. You automatically receive 1,000 points for completing the free Health Screening. Depending on your results, you can earn up to 1,000 additional points. The additional 1,000 points can be obtained through “Healthy” or “Improvement” Points (see chart below for details). (Note: All Health Screening measures must be collected and reported, including cotinine, in order to earn up to 1,000 points.)
  3. If your results are not in the healthy range for tobacco use, blood pressure, total cholesterol, blood glucose or weight (see chart below for details), you may be required to complete healthy activities and challenges available online on the Healthy Steps Wellness Portal to earn additional points.
