The way you access Mercer BenefitsCentral depends on whether you are connected to the PG&E network or not.

• If you’re already logged into the PG&E network, go to PG&E@Work For Me > About Me > My Benefits > Mercer BenefitsCentral and you’ll be automatically logged in to your Mercer BenefitsCentral account.
• If you are at home or otherwise not connected to the PG&E network, you will have to log in with your username and password for Mercer BenefitsCentral.

The first time you access Mercer BenefitsCentral when you are not logged into the PG&E network, you will need to create a unique username and password. When you get to the Mercer BenefitsCentral login page, click on the “Get Started” button under “New Users.” Then, follow the prompts to register your account. You’ll use the last four digits of your Social Security number, your last name, date of birth and ZIP code to identify yourself. Once you enter those, you can create your own username and password. You will also be asked to provide the answers to some security questions, which will allow you to easily reset your login information if you forget it in the future.
